Overview

Corza Medical is a UK-headquartered, private equity-owned medical device company generating $30M+ in annual revenue. Following a spin-off and PE acquisition, the EMEA commercial team was dealing with low morale, lack of clarity, and coordination issues. The VP of EMEA engaged us to run a workshop to re-energize the sales team and develop actionable strategies to close more deals.

  • Met with VP and SVP of EMEA to understand objectives, challenges, and resources
  • Conducted stakeholder interviews across sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations
  • Delivered an initial report to executives with key opportunities, challenges, and recommendations
  • Organized and led a two-day commercial excellence workshop in Frankfurt with the full commercial team
